Subscription Policy

Pingly Premium

Premium may provide access to features such as:

• Messaging players
• Hosting sessions
• Joining sessions
• Advanced discovery tools
• Premium profile features
• Future community benefits

Pricing

Prices are shown before purchase within the app. Current pricing is displayed at the point of purchase and may vary by platform and region.

Free Trials

• Trial length is displayed before starting
• Trials may be available only to eligible users
• Trials automatically convert into paid subscriptions unless cancelled
• Cancel before the trial ends to avoid being charged

Billing

Payment may be managed through the Apple App Store, Google Play, and Stripe where applicable.

Automatic Renewal

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before renewal.

Cancellation

Deleting Pingly does not cancel your subscription. Deleting your Pingly account may not automatically cancel a subscription purchased through Apple or Google.

Apple

Open device Settings, select your Apple ID, select Subscriptions, choose Pingly and cancel.

Google Play

Open Google Play, select your profile, Payments and subscriptions, Subscriptions, Pingly and cancel.

Access After Cancellation

Premium access usually remains active until the end of the paid billing period.

Refunds

Refund requests for Apple or Google purchases must generally be submitted to the respective platform. Pingly will comply with Australian Consumer Law.

Restoring Purchases

You can restore purchases inside the app where technically required.

Pricing Changes

Users will be notified according to the rules of the applicable app store.

Failed Payments

Premium access may be paused if payment cannot be completed.

Account Suspension

A suspended or banned account may lose access to Premium features. Suspension does not necessarily create a refund entitlement.
